About the Company Stockdale and Leggo is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team and help manage a rental portfolio within a pod. They are a leading property management firm that specialises in managing rental properties across the region. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to conducting inspections, preparing inspection reports, managing maintenance requests & safety checks, processing tenancy applications to landlords, consulting with Rental Providers & Residential Renters, assisting the Property Manager within your pod. The role is permanent full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. There is a requirement for 1 in every 6 Saturdays, 9am-1pm. Hourly payrate starts at $26. A Cert IV in Real Estate Practice will need to be completed within the first 12 months of employment if not already obtained. Key Selection Criteria: Agents Rep would be advantageous but not required Experience in Property Management will be advantageous but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient in using computer software and applications Ability to work flexible hours, including 1/6 Saturdays.
