Our client is seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator (Day Shift) to join their manufacturing team in Regents Park, NSW. In this role, you’ll operate die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality packaging solutions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process. Benefits Exciting opportunities for career advancement and skill development Friendly and supportive environment that values a family-like culture Convenient onsite parking and access to a staff canteen Responsibilities Operate and monitor die-cutting machinery, ensuring cardboard sheets are cut and creased accurately to specifications Perform regular quality checks to maintain high production standards Maintain accurate and detailed records of tasks and machine operations Troubleshoot and maintain die-cutting machinery to minimise downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process Keep the work area clean and safe, following health and safety guidelines Requirements Experience in die-cutting or a similar manufacturing role; background in printing or packaging is advantageous Solid mechanical skills with hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining machinery Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately Proficient with basic computer systems and skilled at maintaining accurate records Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills If you have experience in die-cutting and take pride in producing precise, high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you!
