We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of building automation technology to take the lead in expanding our footprint across key sectors. Your mission: build relationships with consultants, specifiers, and integrators —while uncovering and driving high-value opportunities across Australia. About the role Driving specification of our building automation technology through targeted consultant engagement. Identifying new channels, market applications, and commercial partnerships. Supporting integrators throughout the full project lifecycle — from specification to delivery. Collaborating closely with our National Sales and Account Management teams to transition opportunities into sustained growth. Requirements for this role Expertise / background in building automation, or audio-visual, or technology systems integration. At least 5 years experience in B2B sales or business development within the Audio-Visual, automation solutions, or technology integration space. Strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and a sharp commercial mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage engineers, consultants, and executives alike. Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and beyond.
