We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, strategy, and content creation. Key Duties and Responsibilities include: Plan and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement, visibility, leads, and conversions across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Grow organic reach and community engagement across platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools, providing regular insights. Oversee community management, responding to comments and DMs to foster an active online presence. Create and edit visual content (e.g., reels, videos) that align with global marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Manage paid social campaigns and budgets across Australia and globally Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams (marketing, ecommerce) to ensure cohesive messaging. Support influencer and creator partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Write engaging, on-brand social media copy. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Contribute to trend research and assist with broader marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices. Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences through compelling content. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
