Our client is on lookout for a visionary Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain to lead sourcing, production, and operational excellence across a fast-growing, internationally recognised fashion brand. Known for its empowering mission and global presence, this brand is redefining what it means to deliver accessible luxury—ethically, efficiently, and with impact. As the Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain, you'll take full ownership of global production strategy and manufacturing partnerships. You'll drive sourcing diversification, elevate ethical standards, and ensure that every product aligns with the brand’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. What you’ll do: Develop and execute a global sourcing and manufacturing strategy that ensures agility, scalability, and sustainable growth Lead production diversification efforts—shifting reliance away from China and strengthening partnerships in regions such as India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Eastern Europe Build, audit, and manage a high-performing network of ethical manufacturing partners globally Oversee quality assurance and compliance frameworks to maintain exceptional product standards Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, design, and logistics to meet product timelines and strategic goals Implement sustainability initiatives that prioritise circularity, low-impact materials, and waste reduction Leverage data and technology (BI/AI tools) to drive decision-making, improve forecasting, and build a future-ready supply chain What we’re looking for: 7 years of leadership experience in sourcing, production or supply chain within the fashion or apparel industry Proven success managing production across multiple regions, with significant experience reducing overreliance on China Direct experience working in businesses where less than 50% of production is China-based Exceptional supplier negotiation and relationship-building skills across diverse manufacturing markets Strong understanding of global trade regulations, duties, and factory positioning strategies A genuine passion for sustainable production practices and ethical sourcing standards Strong project leadership skills and the ability to navigate rapid growth and complexity Why you’ll love it here: Monthly clothing allowance and generous staff discounts Culture-first workplace with regular wellness initiatives and team incentives Flexible working and ‘thrive’ days to support balance and wellbeing Global exposure, meaningful impact, and a high-growth environment that values innovation and leadership Please contact Dan on 0431312211 or dan@jivaro.com.au
