Position Overview We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end bank and credit card reconciliations, as well as supporting other finance operations such as fixed asset accounting and insurance management . It’s a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid accounting background , attention to detail, and a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities : Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts. Manage credit card reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate recording. Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Assist with insurance management, including policy records and claims tracking. Support month-end closing processes and assist in preparing audit schedules. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional finance tasks. About You : Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years’ experience in a similar finance/accounts role (or recent graduate with strong internship experience). Team player with a proactive approach and strong communication skills. Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
