Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training and assessment for the Diploma of Nursing across multiple environments—classrooms, remote communities, simulated settings, workplaces, and more. Assess and guide students to ensure they meet learning outcomes, providing timely and constructive feedback. Develop relationships with healthcare facilities to offer practical training and opportunities. Stay current with the latest developments in nursing and vocational education, ensuring your knowledge and practices are relevant and up-to-date . Qualifications, skills & experience Essential Qualifications Bachelor of Nursing (Category A – C). TAE40122 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Skills & E xperience Clinical Experience in Nursing Demonstrated expertise in vocational training and assessment, including competency-based methods and training Passion for Education: Committed to continuously developing your professional skills in nursing and education Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with learners, colleagues, and industry stakeholders. Ability to convey complex information clearly through both verbal and written communication.
