Reporting directly to the Medical Imaging Services Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of clerical functions within the department. This includes working closely with our contracted Radiology provider to deliver high-quality services that support patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workflows, managing client appointments, and supervising clerical staff to maintain efficient service delivery. About You You are a capable and proactive professional with demonstrated leadership in administrative healthcare environments. You bring a strong understanding of radiology operations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service within a multidisciplinary team. Proven experience leading teams, implementing procedures, and using Radiology Management Systems (ESMI/RIS) to meet service objectives. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and healthcare standards including the Radiation Protection Act, Medicare Billing regulations, and WHS principles. Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills, with the ability to work confidentially and independently under pressure. High-level problem solving, data entry, and IT proficiency, with a sound understanding of risk, quality, and safety management frameworks.
