Your role As a Senior / Lead / Associate Engineer in our Buildings Electrical Practice in Queensland , you'll guide purposeful work that supports Queensland’s future. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world. What you’ll be doing • Enabling the sustainable and equitable development of infrastructure across Queensland and Australia. • Adopting human-centred design practices to deliver projects for the benefit of communities in which we live, work and play. • Collaborating with clients to develop high quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, health, education, precinct / urban realm, transport, energy and sports & recreation. • Leading teams of multidisciplinary designers to deliver coordinated solutions to meet ever changing market conditions. • Enabling the development and progression of junior team members as a day-to-day people leader. What you’ll bring You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have: • A relevant engineering degree and experience in electrical engineering. • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ, via the BPEQ) or as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, via Engineers Australia), or equivalent. • A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in buildings and infrastructure development. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people. • A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives.
