The key duties of the position include What you will do as the Senior Secretariat Officer As a member of the Executive Secretariat team, you will provide a high standard of administrative support to the ACCC and support continual business improvement. As the Senior Secretariat Officer, you will: Provide high quality secretariat services to ACCC's decision-making committees (this may include, but not limited to, the coordination of meetings, coordination and compilation of papers, drafting agendas and minutes, and updating action item registers). Understand and comply with governance and decision-making requirements, policies and procedures, and contribute to business improvements. Liase across the ACCC and with various external stakeholders, including with the ACCC's Commissioners and senior leaders, to anticipate and respond to business needs. Supervise team members, assist team members during absences and complete other tasks as required to support the work of the broader Executive Office.
