Description The National Account Manager responsibilities include: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the FMCG industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, particular with food distributors Work closely with the logistics team to ensure products are delivered to distributors Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce cost Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Manage budgets and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies. Profile The National Account Manager should have: Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the FMCG industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in analysing market trends and data to inform decision-making. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Adaptability and a results-driven mindset. Job Offer On offer for the successful National Account Manager: Competitive base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 AUD.
