About the role Lead the charge in technical excellence! As Diagnostic Support Manager, you’ll support dealers and fleets, manage field investigations and mentor a wider technical team. This is a key role providing technical support both on and off site to workshop teams across the country. Duties Solve complex tech issues onsite or remotely for dealers and fleet clients. Lead field investigations and onsite support with the tech support team. Manage part returns and support detailed product reporting. Spot trends fast by tracking and analyzing support enquiries. Write clear bulletins and tech tips to share key insights. Support visiting teams during in-field investigations. Back up our teams with expert advice across the dealer network. Log every case using support systems to stay on top of enquiries. Stay sharp through ongoing training and upskilling. Pitch in as needed with related support duties.
