The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of customer engagement and data solution s . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is keen to build their project coordination skills. As a key member of the team, you’ll help drive effective project planning, track progress, analyse outcomes, and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate project activities, gather business requirements, and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and solution adoption. This role also plays an i ntegral part in promoting the team’s achievements across the wider organisation , helping showcase the impact of their work. In addition, you’ll contribute to knowledge sharing, stakeholder communications, and the delivery of customer forums and engagement activities. What you’ll do Build relationships with internal customers to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Facilitate regular engagement sessions , such as team showcases , workshop s and briefings to share updates, gather feedback, and promote transparency. Support customer access, onboarding and performance monitoring of solutions . D evelop communication material , including, weekly highlights, newsletters, and showcase materials to promote team achievements and increase visibility. Maintain internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support the development of data-driven business cases for new init iatives. Conduct analysis to support project decision-making , t rack key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on initiative outcomes. What you’ll bring Experience in a similar role or in business operations, enablement, or program management within a large enterprise environment . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful content for varied audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), with familiarity in P roject M anagement tools, and data visuali s ation platforms.
