The Opportunity Join our Fund Operations team and collaborate with Funds Management, Investor Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support for our Unlisted Funds Management platform. You'll play a key role in fund product governance and financial crime operations, liaising with internal stakeholders and outsourced registry services to prepare disclosure documents and manage design and distribution obligations. Your proactive approach and strong understanding of clients, markets, and Dexus products will drive service excellence. You will make an impact by; Leading the end-to-end process for fund disclosure documents, including preparation, verification, approvals, and committee coordination using Objective Keystone and Atticus. Acting as secretary to the due diligence committee, manage agendas, minutes, and maintain the disclosure document pipeline and APIR portal. Monitoring Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) compliance, manage related communications, identify issues, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Assisting with transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and compliance reporting. Delivering training on compliance processes, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious work environment. About You Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years in a similar role; familiarity with Objective Keystone, Atticus, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention. Attention to detail, effective time management, initiative, and ability to work independently.
