Enerven’s Strategy and Development team guides the planning, development and implementation of a strategy that ensures long-term success, viability, and performance. As Strategy & Change Business Partner you will drive the development and implementation of change management strategy across the business to ensure we are set up to support such rapid and continual growth. You will ensure internal systems, procedures, tools and operations are geared to support our delivery teams and will work to mitigate change-related risks and ensure optimal success in the delivery of change programs. In this role, you will: Develop, implement and maintain Enerven-appropriate change management frameworks, strategy and tools / processes Proactively work with the business to identify and lead high risk or strategically important programs/ projects and ensure that they have suitable change support Provide context and insights on change – i.e. change impact assessments, steering committees, change reporting Strategic change advisory across multiple programs and strategy delivery - operating/governance models, change demand, change risks, implementation approaches Partner with the SAPN Strategy and Change teams to support strategy, project and program delivery within Enerven Support change resources (including third party resources) allocated to change initiatives to apply an appropriate change management approach and methodology across Enerven change initiatives Assist and contribute to workshops across the organisation to ensure that sub-strategies and departmental strategies are of high quality and aligned with Enerven and if relevant, the broader corporate enterprise strategy This role will be offered on an 18mth Term Contract. About you You are an experienced Change Management professional who can work independently and develop solid relationships with leadership and operational groups. You will bring: Substantial experience in leading large change initiatives in complex project-driven environments Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational change Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and facilitate group outcomes and provide briefings, business cases, and change strategies to Senior Leadership team A Degree in Change Management, Organisational Change, Project Management (or skills and knowledge gained through experience) What’s on offer The work behind the network When you join Enerven, you are working for a team guided by its core values of dependability, proactiveness and collaboration.
