To Key Areas of performance: 1. LEADER & ENTREPRENEUR Developing & executing strategies to cement our relationship and ways of working with existing clients. Developing and executing strategies to gain more clients to meet our targets. Setting revenue targets and ensuring financial growth Expanding Our client's base to meet targets. Regular feedback to the Management team. 2. PROCESS AND OPERATIONAL ABILITY Responsible for effectively managing streamlined, efficient and cost effective day-to-day running of your portfolio. Detail orientated logical, efficient, highly organized, automatic checking (eye for error spotting). Handle multiple projects simultaneously, set workflow priorities follow through without being prompted. Application of systems to support steps 1/2/3 above i)status reports ii)checklists iii) generate and monitor timelines demonstrating a working knowledge of production across all media types iv) approach and fee proposal writing v) implement remuneration system and monitor budget and accounts vi) contact reporting of any meeting vii) electronic filing to be kept up to date, systematically and labelled correctly viii) Chase to be used to facilitate workflow viii)drafting of cost estimates for client projects ix) ensuring all billings are completed timeously by yourself and your team x) management of budget targets and stretched targets Ensure all brand information is being kept up to date. Senior professionalism in all relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Ongoing client relationship assessment and implement bi-annual appraisals. AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS Effective use of agency resources and the systems implemented to optimize our offering, services and agile approach to our clients. Demonstration of robust strategic debates internally, and externally. Continuous communication to agency partners, upstream and/or downstream. Clear and concise written and verbal communication, including all briefs/templates being filled in correctly with accurate information and being submitted timeously with project/timing plans. Presentation/meeting management implementation of professional and warm meeting protocol. To ensure the presentation documentation and agendas/ writing materials are prepared, meeting rooms are booked, refreshments and/or catering, equipment is working. 6.
