DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Field Service - Technician to join our team in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - First responder to breakdown events - Fleet maintenance - Capturing engine data - Fault diagnostics - Diverse range engine repairs, both major and minor - Working autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a great team environment - Work with other major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) - The face of Cummins at the customer site RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Field service experience preferred coupled with heavy duty engine experience - Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary) - Strong engine diagnostic experience - The ability to work autonomously/remotely for extended periods - A genuine commitment to workplace safety - A valid driver's license - Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications for Internal Candidates: - Maintain a clean and tidy work area and toolbox. - Have good attention to detail and enthusiasm to deliver the customer with a quality repair. - Engine rebuild and major experience preferred but not essential. - Experience with the Cummins product is preferred but not essential.
