The position is a temp to permanent position for the right applicant, you will be provided a company car, laptop and phone. Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontracts effectively. Overseeing project performance and ensuring successful project delivery. Establish and maintain construction programs in line with project timelines. Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Uphold project quality, safety, and environmental objectives. Assist in tendering processes when required. Qualifications and Experience: Manual Drivers Licence Construction White Card Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of project management/construction experience. Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista.
