The Opportunity: As an Area Manager covering Salvos Stores in the North Brisbane area, this is your opportunity to lead and inspire a passionate retail team. You'll also work closely with Regional Managers and stakeholders to deliver on key strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position , based out of Carole Park, Queensland . Secondary locations include stores in North Brisbane area, such as Morayfield, Redcliffe and Brendale. Key Focus Areas: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and deliver store strategies aligned with national goals. Lead and support store teams to meet performance targets (sales, safety, surplus, and service), including eCommerce related performance. Implement, drive and support relevant customer strategies within Area and stores. Develop, monitor, achieve and manage sales, expenditure, stock and production KPIs and surplus budgets for the Area. Continually adopt proactive cost-effective measures. Manage new store openings, renewals and closures. Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all locations. Drive recruitment of volunteers and employees to meet the need of the organisation. You Will Have: A Diploma level qualification in Management, Business or Retail ( preferred ). Demonstrated experience and success in retail and leadership management. Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail management. Alignment with the values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity. A valid driver's licence.
