The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and insightful Senior Risk Analyst to join our Marketing & Growth Risk team. In this critical role, you will embed effective risk management practices across the business, ensuring our risk profile supports strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across Product, Digital, Marketing, Business Development & Partnerships to identify and monitor strategic and operational risks. Support risk owners with periodic reviews and controls testing, ensuring risk profiles and controls are accurate and up to date. Assist in the development of Treatment Plans and root cause analysis for deficient processes, controls, incidents, audit findings, and other issues. Lead key risk indicators (KRI) analysis and deliver high-quality reports that inform executive and senior leadership decision-making. Maintain the Risk Management System to ensure reliable, up-to-date data and effective reporting. Support business continuity planning, ensuring business continuity risks are known and plans are up-to-date. Contribute to special projects and audits, providing risk insights and fulfilling reporting needs. Drive continuous improvement to strengthen risk culture, capability, and the impact of risk communications. About You: Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field. Strong and accurate data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to create senior management reports. Proven experience in automating reporting capability and actionable alerts. Ability to work proactively, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments. Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL and PowerBi) and enterprise risk management systems. Self-starter, logical/critical thinker, quick learner, with strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience within risk management, audit, or compliance roles is an advantage. Focus on continuous improvement and fostering a service-oriented culture.
