Your role At Allens, our business teams are also specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges. You'll be a part of our Information Technology team in Melbourne as a Technology Trainer. In this role, you will organise and deliver systems training, ensuring effective change management across all roles throughout the firm. In our Information Technology team you will: Conduct interactive training sessions via MS Teams or face-to-face, including seminars, group workshops and one-on-one sessions to support and educate partners and staff on digital tools and systems. Train, mentor and support new employees, including Summer/Winter Clerks and Graduates, helping them learn Allens' technology, styles and work practices. Design and implement engaging learning programs tailored to our hybrid working environment, including developing e-learning content to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of online training. Promote and facilitate digital literacy with continuous learning by creating and maintaining resources such as knowledge articles, tips, training modules and instructional videos. Collaborate with IT and system owners to identify training needs and best practices improving efficiencies for legal teams through clear business processes that clarify the 'how' and 'why'. Manage and assist with technology projects and business analysis tasks to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new systems. Stay current on emerging digital tools, AI and training methodologies to ensure that Allens' training programs are up-to-date and effective. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About you You will have: Proven experience in delivering technical training in a legal environment, especially in the areas of document and practice management applications A "can-do" attitude, with a passion for technology and helping people. A commitment to be part of a strong, collaborative team environment Innovative and experienced with Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms An understanding of change management requirements to assist with technology changes Impressive written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisation skills and the ability to thrive in an environment of continuous change. Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure training problems or blockers are resolved in a timely manner. Strong time management skills as well as being an effective multi-tasker. Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be valued.
