6-12 month contract with a view to extend|AU citizen is a MUST Experience in SCCM, application packaging, Microsoft 365, Windows technologies 5 days in office |On site parking |Based in Sutherland Shire Our client is looking for a Desktop Support /Level 2 Technical Support Analyst with experience in SCCM, application packaging, Microsoft 365, Windows technologies. 5 days in office |On site parking |Based in Sutherland Shire Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support which will require face to face support and some phone-based support. This will include tickets escalated from the first level support teams to resolve desktop related issues. Liaise and work collaboratively to address, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware / software issues as they arise. Liaise with external suppliers / vendors. The role sits within our End User Compute group in the EUC Support team. Key Skills Required: Experience in SCCM, application packaging and deployment. Experience in a similar Level 2 IT Support role with experience in in Windows technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune. Experience in using Audio Visual equipment. A 'can do' attitude and demonstrated ability solving complex technical issues. Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate clearly with to a varied end user base. Good to have :PowerShell Scripting and knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
