If youâre an experienced Technical Writer who thrives on complex documentation, process improvement, and guiding others, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact !  Let's Talk About the Role :  Own the end-to-end development, publishing, and release of high-quality, compliant technical product documentation  Ensure all content aligns with ResMedâs standards, processes, and regulatory requirements  Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and validate technical information  Contribute to content governance, style guide improvements, and tooling best practices  Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows through AI or automation tools  Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge growth  Letâs Talk About You: 5 years of hands-on technical writing experience , preferably in regulated industries (medical device, electronics, pharma )  Proven⯠leadership experience â youâve led documentation projects or mentored others in a team setting .  Strong technical acumen and a⯠process-oriented mindset  Proficiency in⯠XML-based CMS platforms , with demonstrated experience using tools like⯠Adobe AEM ,⯠Adobe Workfront ,⯠InDesign ,⯠Acrobat , and⯠JIRA/Confluence  Understanding of how to⯠leverage AI and modern tools to improve documentation efficiency and quality  Self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset  Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical input into user-focused content.  Preferred:  Experience with⯠translation/localisation workflows  Background in⯠high-volume manufacturing or medical device labelling  Familiarity with⯠agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration  LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying âyesâ to making the world a healthier place.
