The Practice Management Lead, Enterprise Reference Data (ERD) is part of the Enterprise Reference Data Management (ERDM) team, within Information Management & Data Platforms Operations, Data Platforms. The purpose is to ensure consistency in managing data to reduce the cost of operations and change, and reduce operational risk. The scope of this role is to manage ERD processes, guidelines, training and standards to increase the Group’s data maturity. The role will also support the business outcome and application ownership of ERDM application and Data Product Management of ERD FDP. What do I need? 5 years Data Management - Development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets throughout their lifecycles. 5 years Data Governance - Exercise of authority and control (planning, monitoring, and enforcement) over the management of data assets. 3 years Information management, analysis, design, tooling and lineage including databases, hierarchies, mappings. Data management principles and capabilities such as Reference data, Master data, Data quality, Metadata management. 5 years Developing and maturing operating models and processes. Risk and Controls – Managing data risk and uplifting control environment. Strong understanding of business impact due to data risk. Why join us?
