About the Role We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Short Term Accommodation (STA) team in Greenacre. In this casual you’ll provide person-centred support to clients, helping them live independently, engage with their community, and enjoy fulfilling daily experiences. Shifts include early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional sleepovers. Flexibility to work across these shifts is essential. Your Key Responsibilities Support clients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and menu planning. Assist with personal care and administering medication. Encourage active lifestyles and community participation through engaging programs. Implement behaviour support plans using positive behaviour strategies. Communicate regularly with families regarding client progress. About You You’re passionate about making a difference and bringing energy, empathy, and a team spirit to your work. You’re creative, organised, and able to build strong, respectful relationships. To be successful, you’ll need: Experience working in the disability sector (essential) Willingness to provide personal and hygiene care Resilience, empathy, and a strong sense of self-confidence Initiative, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle Why Join Sunnyfield?
