As a Support Worker in our Cromer shared living home, you’ll empower people with disability to live life on their own terms. Whether it’s helping with day-to-day tasks, heading out into the community, or just sharing a laugh, you’ll be making a real difference. This is a permanent part-time position with a mix of shifts—early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and the occasional wake-over. If you’re flexible, caring, and love variety, you’ll fit right in! What You’ll Be Doing Supporting clients to live independently with cooking, cleaning, and daily routines Helping with personal care and medication where needed Getting involved in fun, person-centred activities in the community Promoting positive behaviour with kindness and patience Keeping families in the loop on how their loved ones are doing About You You’re a people person with a big heart and an even bigger smile.
