RSM Gosford are looking for a Manager to join our team, someone who is technically skilled and eager to mentor junior staff while providing high-quality advisory services to clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing client engagements, reviewing financial reports, tax returns, and offering practical, value-driven insights that help clients navigate their financial decisions. You will also be a key part of a collaborative team, helping manage workflows and contributing to the professional development of those around you. Key Responsibilities Manage team workflows to ensure high-quality, timely client deliverables. Review financial statements and work papers, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accounting standards. Provide practical and commercial advice to clients, delivering solutions that add genuine value to their business. Review income tax returns for individuals, companies, superannuation funds, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop financial models to support client decision-making and strategic initiatives. Identify risks and opportunities within clients' industries, offering proactive solutions. Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
