Using your expertise, you'll assess and resolve insurance claims by determining the cause, liability, and quantum of reported losses. What are my accountabilities? - Assess claims through on-site visits using our commercial process, systems and technologies - Manage a portfolio of claims from initial advice to settlement, following Sedgwick's policies and procedures. - Investigate the cause and extent of loss, ensuring efficiency and a customer-focused approach. - Determine if the loss falls within the insurance policy's terms and conditions. - Deliver loss-adjusting services that meet or exceed client service standards. - Provide proactive communication with clients and customers on initial findings and potential solutions. - Calculate repair and/or replacement costs (reserve).
