About the Role As an Assistant Brand Manager, you are key to the development and execution of Red Rooster's campaign and marketing plans. Retail Marketing Calendar Support the Brand Manager in delivering the annual retail marketing calendar. Co-lead promotional campaigns that deliver on sales KPI’s for the business. Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver promotions on time. Work with agency partners to develop marketing communications assets. Work with the internal design department on menu boards and point-of-sale materials. Assisting in components of larger projects with direction from the senior marketing team. Product Development and Pricing Coordinate new product innovation launches in collaboration with cross functional team. Support menu development and new designs across stores and promotional channels. Conduct and provide recommendations from regular Pricing Reviews and Market Analysis. Strategy and Implementation Work with Senior Brand Managers and support marketing strategies for various menu items. Co-lead any associated marketing support or product launches for these occasions. Essential: A passion for all things marketing and FOOD! And the ability to articulate what this means across a business. Knowledge in marketing, portfolio, channel and brand management. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Strong analytical skills, project management and creative flair. Self-motivated and proactive, taking the initiative to pre-empt problems or opportunities. Desirable Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) desirable but not required. Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar industry highly desirable but not required.
