API Integration Specialist – Thriving Tech Team. Looking to step into a role where your tech skills actually make a difference? We’re on the hunt for an API-savvy problem solver to join a close-knit implementation team on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. You’ll be the go-to for integrating third-party systems — think everything from eCommerce and POS to inventory and payments. If you love connecting the dots between platforms, making systems talk to each other, and getting stuck into API workflows, you’re the one. They're doing big things in the tech space — working with household-name brands (you've definitely used their services). The work is hands-on and diverse, the vibe is collab and energy — hit the beach or sneak in a surf before your stand-up. What you’ll be doing: Working on custom API integrations between our platform and a variety of third-party systems Troubleshooting, testing, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes Collaborating with clients and partners to understand what they need and how to make it happen Helping deliver solid, scalable solutions that actually work in the real world What we’re looking for: Experience with RESTful APIs (and ideally SOAP too) Comfortable with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and working with SQL Strong troubleshooting instincts and a natural curiosity to figure out how systems connect Someone who communicates well — with both humans and machines Bonus points if you’ve worked with hospitality tech, or fast-paced implementation This role’s perfect for someone who loves a challenge, likes wearing a few different hats, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves.
