About the Role We're looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and transform our accounts payable function. Reporting to the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team across Australia and Philippines driving process improvements, compliance, and financial system enhancements. This role offers hybrid flexibility across our Geelong and Melbourne offices . You'll be based primarily at your nearest location, with one day a week required at the other office to foster onsite engagement, collaboration and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage an 8 member accounts payable team covering operations across Australia and New Zealand Develop and maintain accounts payable processes and financial platforms Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Oversee supplier onboarding and master data management alongside commercial teams Ensure accurate reporting, compliance with audit standards, and data integrity Maintain adherence to legislation, company policies, and financial controls Foster a culture of safety, quality, and high performance within the team What You'll Bring 5 years of accounts payable leadership experience, ideally within large or ASX-listed organisations Proven track record in ERP finance system implementation, process automation, and driving change Strong technical expertise in accounts payable and financial systems Proficiency with Workday Financials and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Strong leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to motivate a long-serving, independent team-no micromanagement required Proven experience managing or contributing to projects, including system implementations and process improvements such as policy development Collaborative and proactive leadership style focused on team development Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to perform under pressure Why Work with Us?
