As a vital member of our People and Culture team, you will drive organisational growth by delivering a seamless, professional candidate experience in a collaborative, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide strategic recruitment advice tailored to role and organisational needs. Develop job advertisements and talent attraction strategies aligned with Minor Hotels’ brand. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from shortlisting to offer negotiations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience. Advise on salary, conditions, and market trends, aligning with industry and company standards. Conduct reference checks and assessments to select candidates aligned with Minor Hotels’ culture and needs. Collaborate with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies using market insights. Optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy, compliance, and real-time reporting. Champion diversity, inclusion, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
