Our client is a leading provider of plant and truck services supporting major civil projects across South Australia. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team. This is a varied role, working across modern machinery both in the workshop and on-site. What’s on offer: $45 – $50 per hour with some overtime Ongoing, full-time work with a reputable business Field service work offering variety beyond the workshop Supportive team and well-maintained fleet Immediate start available Your key tasks will include: Servicing, diagnosing and repairing plant machinery and trucks Performing breakdown repairs both on-site and in workshop Routine preventative maintenance Fault finding, diagnostics & reporting Completing service records accurately What we’re looking for: Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Cert III Heavy Vehicle / Plant Mechanic) Experience with civil plant (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.) and heavy vehicles Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage field repairs HR Licence desirable About the Company: Our client operates a well-established plant and truck hire fleet servicing a range of civil projects.
