Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of Service Technicians, Engineers and support staff to deliver contractual obligations to customers. - Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, develop account plans and align solutions to our customer's targeted outcomes. - Provide input to enable industry leading service delivery and customer experience. - Provide leadership that delivers safe, compliant and highly effective solutions for customers. Requirements - Successfully delivered in BMS, Energy, HVAC or general building automation roles. - Have proven people management and team-working experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent commercial and business acumen. - Excellent integrity and ethical behavior.
