Create effective programs that support the VEYLDF, guiding children towards developmental milestones. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress, updating parents and guardians of their development and about their day. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: A completed Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. A good understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF. Full Working Rights (Must be able to work full-time) Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
