They are a global leader in womens fashion and are seeking a strong Assistant Manager for their brand new large format Joondalup store. As an Assistant Manager you will be required to meet and exceed sales budgets, meet company KPI's and support the store manager to train and motivate your amazing sales team. Within this role you will be the face of the store as your clientèle come in for your service. You must have the ability to build a strong rapport with your customers. Should you be successful for this role, you will receive: Base salary of up to $62,000 pro rata Super Company support with opportunity for growth Staff discounts Ongoing training and support Sunday - Thursday Roster Reward and Recognition To be successful for this Womens Fashion Brand you possess the following: Have 2 - 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably within apparel Be able to deliver a personalised styling experience Strong communication skills with s genuine ability to connect with your customer Experience in networking and hosting events is desirable Have high energy with a bubbly personality Have previously worked with Budgets and KPIs Experience managing a team of up to six Be part of a supportive business with an enviable team culture - Apply today!
