About the Role:  As the Program Delivery Executive, you are responsible for supporting the operational delivery of CPA Australiaâs professional education programs, namely the CPA Program and Foundation Pathways. The role leads a number of workstreams that contribute to the overall end-to-end delivery of these programs, this includes coordinating activities across planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation phases to ensure high-quality outcomes.  Your responsibilities include: Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within the CPA Program and Foundation Pathways ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key timelines Coordinate subject and/or program changes, including briefing internal teams, liaising with external suppliers to ensure the development and delivery of all relevant materials Lead and maintain resources across multiple systems and platforms (e.g. LMS, CRM, Website, and My CPA Program) to support seamless program delivery Contribute to the development and management comprehensive program plans, including scopes, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on program milestones, updates, and operational requirements Coordinate with the marking team to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned communication regarding exam processes, assessment outcomes, and post-exam updates Ensure communication strategies support program changes, delivery milestones, and stakeholder engagement, with clear, actionable and impactful communications Facilitate structured feedback loops with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that insights are integrated into communication plans for continuous improvement Monitor program performance, including learning and exam delivery, using data insights to proactively identify issues and improvement opportunities Analyse member feedback and performance data from multiple sourcesâincluding surveys, LMS analytics, and researchâto inform enhancements to products and services Design and manage data collection strategies, including survey development and insight reporting, to support evidence-based decision-making.  This is a Fixed Term Contract opportunity to the end of May 2026  About You:  Success in this role will require strong project management and stakeholder liaison skill.
