You'll develop a high-performing, engaged team while building strong client relationships and ensuring project excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage your project delivery team. Oversee project delivery within scope, on time, and on budget. Resource planning, recruitment, allocation, and performance management. Build trusted partnerships with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. Drive exceptional service and profitability across contracts. Contribute to business development, tenders, and proposals. Ensure compliance with BGIS systems, contracts, and HSEQ requirements. What You'll Bring: 3 years in a managerial role overseeing facilities, operations, or project management. Strong leadership with a proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams. Expertise in WHS management, contract management, and client engagement. Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Advanced problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent relationship management with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Building Systems, or Business.
