As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bricklayer to join our team and contribute to the high-quality finishes that set our homes apart. Key Responsibilities Studies plans and project specifications to determine necessary materials, measurements, and installation methods. Erects and secures scaffolding. Applies damp-resistant materials to foundations and spreads mortar layers as a base and adhesive for blocks using trowels. Lays bricks in rows, designs and shapes, and applies mortar between the joints. Embeds blocks in the mortar and removes excess mortar. Ensures proper vertical and horizontal alignment of structures. Uses machines and hand tools to cut, shape, and polish bricks and stones, adjusting them to fit irregular spaces. Conduct repairs and maintenance on bricks, cement blocks and related structures. Set up the base and bedding course and arrange segmental paving. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in bricklaying OR a Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of masonry techniques and construction standards. Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of making decisions independently.
