Caloundra located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast As a Cleaning and Laundry Assistant, this role a varied role to keep you busy during your shift duties include. General cleaning, using industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment., Emptying bins and general removal of non-infectious and infectious items Laundering including pressing, ironing and folding garments using industrial machines Administration and reporting tasks associated with the role. To be successful we require you have to have the following skills, experience and personal qualities Previous experience in housekeeping within Aged or hospital prefer. Ability to work independently as well as having a collaborative approach to all team members Be able to work efficiently and have good time management A positive outlook to your job and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents. A willingness to learn new skills and be able to take direction and feedback in a positive way.
