Description We currently have exciting opportunities for self-motivated, reliable Groundspeople to join our team in Wagga. These full-time roles play a vital part in delivering the day-to-day operations of our Land Management services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver grounds maintenance services to the required contractual standards Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently Use appropriate PPE for all tasks Undertake general groundskeeping duties including: Mowing Brush cutting Edging Pruning General gardening Green waste clearing and removal Weed, pest, and disease control Positions Available: Level 3 and Level 4 roles Level 4 : Requires a relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance About You: Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance and operating relevant equipment (preferred) Physically capable of performing the duties of the role Ability to obtain Defence security clearance – Australian citizenship is essential Valid Open Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle The following licences and certifications are highly regarded : Medium Rigid Truck Licence Chainsaw Operator’s Licence or Certificate ChemCert Certification Asbestos Awareness Certificate Position Descriptions are available upon request.
