About our role Reporting to the General Manager Ozpack, the Business Development Manager is responsible for creating, developing and executing strategies and action plans for business to business (B2B) customers. The role has autonomy in leading and building relationships with key customers and to achieve targeted sales growth. About You You are an experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities and leading customer negotiations, to build a pipeline of B2B business. Your leadership of the NPD process, setting the B2B strategy and customer prioritisation make you an invaluable resource. In your roles, you leverage your internal and external relationships to position the business as a partner for the B2B channel. Why Join Us?
