The Campaign & Promotions Lead is responsible for leading the market’s Brand Experience and Campaign Response team members (collectively forming the department known as The Studio), ensuring the successful function of creative resources that support the company’s Commercial and Content teams and their objectives. The Studio is tasked with designing and delivering engaging campaign solutions for our partners and own brands alike; ultimately driving positive ratings and revenue outcomes. This role is strategic and therefore requires an analytical, practical and collaborative working style across a varied range of stakeholders in a number of departments What does your day to day look like? Lead the Adelaide Studio team through daily operations, workflow optimisation, staff development, and interdepartmental collaboration to drive campaign success. Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from concept development and pitching to execution and project management, ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction. Collaborate across Commercial, Content, and Product teams to create, implement, and monetise innovative promotions and audience engagement initiatives. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive content monetisation, ratings goals, and brand opportunities. Champion a culture of innovation and accountability, ensuring all campaigns comply with legal standards, budget requirements, and industry codes. Contribute to national strategy by working with Studio Leads in other markets to align resources, share workload, support team wellbeing, and maintain accurate reporting.
