As our new Insurance Service Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional service to our insurance-only clients and support our advisers by: Your mission Managing insurance applications, underwriting, policy changes, and premium issues. Liaising with insurers to submit accurate documentation and negotiate favourable terms. Ensuring clients have continuous coverage and understand their policy details. Providing expert guidance to clients and planners on insurance matters. Maintaining compliant, up-to-date records and staying on top of industry changes. Acting as the go-to for all insurance queries via email and CRM.
