BGIS is seeking an experienced Energy & Sustainability Consultant to assess, improve and optimise energy and resource use across diverse client assets. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct energy, water, and resource audits across commercial, industrial, health, education, and retail sites Deliver NABERS Ratings, Energy Audits, and identify cost-saving sustainability opportunities Plan and manage utility performance and energy management plans for key portfolios Lead or support energy efficiency projects, upgrades and refurbishments Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and uncover new opportunities Act as a subject matter expert to upskill internal teams on sustainability best practices What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in building services or energy consulting Strong knowledge of NABERS, BMS, HVAC systems and sustainability tools Accredited NABERS Assessor (Energy & Water) – highly desirable Green Star AP, WELL AP, or other sustainability rating credentials – a plus Engineering or building services degree Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills Why BGIS?
