Reporting into the head of Sales, this role is responsible for supporting the execution of the company’s sales strategy within a designated region in Australia and New Zealand. Being the sales leader, the role will see you providing support to your direct reports in Australia and New Zealand, building strong rapport with the stakeholders, managing and expanding the customer base within the assigned region. What's involved:- Coach & develop plans for the regional sales team across ANZ Collaborate & work with the critical care business driving cross selling opportunites Identify individual learning needs of clients and account managers Participate in ANZ S&OP to forecast inventory requirements End to end account management, working closely with Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance Being involved in the tendering process including reporting Conduct analysis & upskill employees as requied The right candidate will have:- Previous minimum of 7 years experience in sales in either Pharmaceuticals or medical devices Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work under pressure and be able to manage conflicting priorities A proven track record of success in sales management, within the healthcare industry Demonstrated commercial and clinical acumen If you are wanting to be a part of a global leader in the Pharmaceutical & Medical device industry and have a previous background in a similar role, please apply
