Benefits Flexible working up to 3 days WFH Attractive Salary Up to $180,000 Super Bonus Supportive team culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment The role Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines using modern cloud platforms and frameworks Develop scalable ETL/ELT solutions and support real-time and batch data processing Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility Contribute to the data architecture strategy and influence best practices across the enterprise Experience mentoring junior data engineers and contributing to team capability uplift Drive continuous improvements in data reliability, observability, and governance. About you 5 years of experience in data engineering or software development with a focus on large-scale data systems Strong command of Python and/or Scala, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Kafka Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure), data lakes, and orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt Deep understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and CI/CD practices Proven ability to solve complex data challenges and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field We believe in the freedom to be our authentic selves and welcome people of all genders, ages, nationalities, ethnicity, sexual orientations, personality, and perspectives to apply for any of our roles.
