The Role You'll manage a tidy, residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, with full support from leasing, accounts, and admin. The portfolio is well-run, and you’ll be stepping into a structured environment with great communication across the team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end portfolio management Tenant and landlord communication Repairs, maintenance, renewals, and arrears Minimal tribunal involvement Support from leasing, accounts, and admin The Person You're confident managing a residential portfolio, proactive with communication, and value being part of a collaborative team. This role would also suit someone ready to step up from a Junior or Assistant PM position.
