The Role You’ll work closely with a Senior Property Manager to lease a tidy residential portfolio made up entirely of units across just two modern buildings. You’ll manage applications, conduct opens, and handle routine and ingoing inspections. Key Responsibilities: Support a Senior Property Manager with leasing Conduct open homes Carry out ingoing inspections Process tenancy applications Liaise with prospective tenants professionally Travel only between two locations The Person You’re professional, confident, and ready to grow within a well-supported team.
