This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager looking to step up and take ownership of the facilities function, leading projects with autonomy and making a lasting impact. Responsibilities: Oversee the property, facilities, and WHS functions across multiple campuses Lead strategic planning, capital projects, and infrastructure improvements Manage budgets, contractors, and service level agreements (SLAs) Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and risk management policies Drive maintenance, cleaning, and sustainability initiatives to enhance campus operations Provide leadership and direction to the facilities team while taking a proactive, self-driven approach.
